The Mirror & Mirror Portal Multi-Vendor Beauty App Terms & Conditions are designed to set out the terms on which you may sell your Beauty Services to the Beauty App's users. By providing your Beauty Services through our Application, you agree that the following terms and conditions apply to all orders, purchases, payments, and deliveries of your products or services made through the Application.
Purpose
These terms and conditions aim to create a legally binding agreement between you, which sets out your rights, obligations, and our respective liabilities. We are determined to provide a high-quality product that delivers excellent value for money. However, we cannot promise everything will always be smooth sailing. For you to use our App, you must agree to all of these terms and conditions, as they form an integral part of your contract with us. If any part of these terms does not meet your approval, please stop using our App immediately by ceasing any future access or downloads. It would be illegal for you to continue accessing or downloading our services once you have signed up if there is anything within these T&Cs that you disagree with.
Eligibility
Our App is available to anyone who can legally enter into a contract in the United Arab Emirates. The App is not available to minors or anyone previously suspended or removed from using our service. We may require copies of your identification, a list of company officers, directors, or members, articles of incorporation, and other documents at any time as we deem appropriate and reserve the right to deny access to anyone for any reason at any time, including if in our opinion you are using our services for fraudulent purposes or violating these terms. You agree that you have read and understood all terms stated herein and that by registering on our platform, you will be bound by them. Please note that you will be able to view these terms before completing registration with us.

You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by visiting our Services, so please read them carefully. If you do not want to be bound by these terms and conditions, you must not visit or use our Services. We may change these terms occasionally, so please check them regularly for updates.

Welcome! This document outlines your rights, responsibilities, and obligations concerning using our services. By using our services, you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions (the Terms). If you disagree with being bound by these Terms, please discontinue your use of our services immediately.
Acknowledgement of Contract
By accessing or using our Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. Please cease accessing or otherwise using our Application immediately if you do not agree to these terms and conditions. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to change, modify or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without further notice. Please check periodically for changes. Your continued use of our Application after such changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Intellectual Property Rights
You shall not do any of the following things: (i) take any action that infringes or violates our Intellectual Property Rights or other rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary or non-proprietary rights; (ii) remove or delete any copyright notices and other proprietary markings contained in any of Site Contents; (iii) publish or otherwise make available to others Source Code; (iv) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive source code from our software applications. You will notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any potential violation of our Intellectual Property Rights. We may request you provide evidence within a certain period.
Disputes with Vendors
If you ever have a dispute with one of your service providers, don't try to resolve it yourself. It's best to contact us first so that we can help you reach an agreement or get a refund if needed. At our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law, we may refund some or all fees you pay to any vendor if we find out about issues like those above. However, regardless of anything else in these terms, we will not refund any fees to you as a result of issues between you and any third party other than vendors for which Mirror & Mirror Portal is solely responsible. For example, if someone steals from Mirror & Mirror Portal or uses false payment information when signing up with us.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
If a business wants to be part of our community, they need to sign an NDA that clearly defines its responsibilities and liabilities regarding data security. This includes disclosing how they will ensure the confidentiality of our user's personal information and refrain from stealing trade secrets. We don't want any corporate spying on us or corporate espionage on our community members, so we want to clarify what's acceptable and what's not in advance. If a company violates these terms, it may face heavy legal penalties that could cost hundreds of thousands or even millions in court costs, settlements, legal fees, and damages.
Right to Monitor Usage
Our Services are provided as is. If you have any problems using our Services, don't hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. We may record and monitor our services' communications for security, quality assurance, and training purposes. We also may monitor the use of our website for similar purposes. All information gathered in these monitoring activities will be aggregated and anonymized so as not to reveal personal information about individual users of our services. You agree that we may use your Personal Information for marketing purposes as described. Monitoring us or on our behalf is permitted because it helps us provide our services more effectively. However, you acknowledge that if you object to such monitoring, you should stop using our services immediately.
Termination of Service
Users may stop using our service at any time. Users who believe that a beauty technician or salon has violated our terms of use may report them through any channel we provide on our mobile App. However, we encourage users to resolve their issues privately with vendors before doing so. The vendor will have 7 days to respond to your concerns, after which they will be removed from your recommendation list. You agree that you shall not host complaints with third parties and instead come directly to us if you feel there is a complaint.
